E-Coupon มีอายุการใช้งานภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2569 2. หาก E-Coupon หมดอายุ รพ.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการ และ E-Coupon ไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาในการใช้บริการหรือคืนเป็นเงินได้ 3. ชุดตรวจสุขภาพราคานี้ สามารถสั่งซื้อได้ถึง 31 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เท่านั้น หมายเหตุ 1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าประสงค์จะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลหรือเหตุผลทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกสินค้า 2. ยอดเงินที่ระบุในใบเสร็จเป็นยอดชำระจริง ไม่รวมส่วนลดจากโปรโมชั่นใด ๆ 3. หลังการสั่งซื้อ ลูกค้าจะได้รับใบเสร็จในรูปแบบออนไลน์เท่านั้น หากต้องการใบเสร็จตัวจริงในวันที่เข้ามารับบริการ สามารถแจ้งขอได้ที่เจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน ⏬️Service Terms and Conditions⏬️ 1.Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon. 2.This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. 3.E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made. 4.These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent.  5.These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required. 6.These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any.  7.Please make an appointment 3 days in advance. 8.For further information or to make an appointment, please contact International Medical Services at 02-310-3256, 02-755-1256 (operating hours: 07:00-15:00) or the Contact Center at 1719. 9.Services can be received at International Medical Services, 4th Floor, Building R, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai), every day from 7:00 to 15:00. 10. This price is for Thai citizens and expatriates only. Expiration Date of E-Coupon: 1. The E-Coupon is valid until December 31, 2026. 2. If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded. 3.This health check package can be ordered until December 31, 2026. Note: 1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion. 2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount. 3. After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
