Every detail of the ergonomic Dive Rite Spool has been designed with performance, comfort, and ease-of-use in mind.
Smooth and compact, the width and diameter of the spool have been optimized to fit perfectly in your hand. The inner corners have been rounded, allowing the spool to spin freely between the finger and thumb when deploying line. Lightly scalloped edges provide a secure grip and concave sides make it easy to wind the line without winding up your fingers. The 120’ spool length is ideal for use as a safety spool in cave or wreck diving or shooting a bag from deeper depths.

A unique design feature prevents the line from spinning on the spool while winding but allows the end of the line to quickly be removed without untying knots. Modified diamond cutouts accent the spool’s unique appearance while making it easy to clip the included marine grade bolt snap into a full spool. A recessed flat area provides an ideal location for labeling or engraving initials.
The Dive Rite Spool is crafted from high quality POM acetal plastic and is available in your choice of white Dupont or orange Dacron braided line

Having a continuous line to the surface is essential for safe overhead environment diving. Jumping from one line to another requires a gap line to connect the two lines and the Cookie Spool makes that quick and easy.

A compact finger spool at only 2.3-inches (5.8 cm) with 30 feet (9.1 m) of #24 braided line, the Cookie Spool packs easily into a pocket and deploys with ease to gap a line. Unique to the Cookie Spool, it attaches and locks to the line quickly with notches on the spool that are similar to the notches on a line arrow or line cookie. The notches lock the spool onto the line without the need for additional hardware. With the Cookie Spool, connecting two lines together couldn’t be easier and knowing that it’s locked in place gives you confidence about your guideline.
Warning: The notches on the Cookie Spool do not allow for any high-speed deployment!
